assets by acting as an intermediary for all offers
or bids for your assets. |

Offer an opinion of the
value of your assets (valuation). |

Provide you with sample
documents to help you complete your asset sale. |

Follow your due diligence
and fund-release instructions as outlined in your
final asset purchase agreement, guaranteeing that
funds are distributed as scheduled. |

Warrant that all offers
are made from offerors signing our Right-to-Bid
agreement, which includes, among other things, a
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) |
Pricing
We charge a percentage of the final sales price,
only if a sale is made. Our fee is 7% of the total sale
price with a $500.00 minimum fee.
